"Dancing fish weave through shimmering lamplight, Melodies drift softly into the heart's embrace. Pay tribute to intangible cultural heritage, Step into the grand feast of Dongguan's grace."

The hotel uses the splendid scene depicted in Xin Qiji's "Qingyu'an-The Lantern Festival" to stage a “Fish Lantern Dance" with a sense of oriental aestheties called "Dong Guan Yin", using the hotel as a stage and the revitalization of Chinese aesthetics combined the intangible cultural heritage as the plot.

FISH LANTERN DANCE
/ ENTRANCE & LOBBY & LOBBY BAR /
The lobby bar mirrors the architectural rhythm of Lingnan ancestral halls, where bamboo-woven screens and lattice windows blur the boundaries of time and space. Natural stone and wood create an idyllic tableau, enhanced by the interplay of light and shadow. The ceiling art installation captures the essence of the Shatoujiao Fish Lantern Dance, utilizing dynamic lighting effects to evoke the graceful movements of swimming fish.
LINGNAN'S CULTURAL CONTINUUM PERSISTS
/ ALL-DAY DINING RESTAURANT & CHINESE RESTAURANT & SUITES /

The design of the hotel's Chinese restaurant draws inspiration from the philosophical concept of "the metamorphosis of Kunpeng mythical fish-bird found in Zhuangzi's *Free and Easy Wandering*. It seamlessly integrates intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship with Lingnan cultural traditions, creating a dialogue between heritage and modernity. The all-day dining area features floral lattice screens as its visual focal point, while the color palette is inspired by natural elements such as bamboo, the moon, stone, and mountain landscapes.

Guest room designs reinterpret the architectural wisdom of Lingnan ancestral halls, featuring a warm reddish-brown palette that enhances the solemn ambiance of ceremonial spaces. Mini bars inspired by Fish Lanterns and rattan furniture add a touch of inviting warmth.
